Today I have a neat little light by Acebeam – it’s a triple emitter 18350 headlamp! Mine’s Nichia 219c – read on for some testing and thoughts!
There’s a new seller in town! The US-based store MohrLumens.com has opened and is selling the likes of Convoy, Lumintop, and Sofirn lights. The benefit of course, is that the items are shipping from the US, so you’re likely to get your items much quicker than from other (even official) channels. MohrLumens.com sent the Convoy C8+ for a bit of testing, and I’m hopeful that many more Convoy reviews are on tap!
RovyVon released a “Pro” version of the Aurora A3. I reviewed a similarly sized light – the Aurora A8x but this light differs notably in that it’s a reflector light and not a TIR light. Read on for thoughts and testing!
RovyVon has a new rectangular light out. It first came out with side UV-C, which wasn’t interesting at all, but now the side lights are NW Cree XP-G3. So RovyVon sent this one over for review and testing. Read on for photos and thoughts!
This is not really a “flashlight” review – it’s a review of the body tube that shortens the FW series lights from 18650 cell size to 18350 cell size. So bear that in mind with all the runtimes and most other stuff – a lot of the info just supports the photos, which adequately describe the product. And it’s a neat on! Read on!
CountyComm worked with Rey of ReyLight a while back to make this custom Dawn. I missed that drop and I was disappointed the whole time after. Then they announced v2, and I jumped on it right when it was available. So here’s a Fun Fund Friday review of the Gen 2 Reylight Maratac Dawn!
Convoy released a big light! A 4-cell can (ish) style light capable of big output while retaining the ability to throw quite a bit. It’s an interesting light, and adds the feature of USB-C charging!
