Holiday Flashlight Guide 2020 – You Should Buy These!
I hope 2020 has been a great year for you! It’s been a great gear year, that’s for certain. Notably we got a redesigned TorchLAB BOSS, with many advancements there. We also saw more widespread acceptance of USB-C charging, and emitters like the Samsung LH351d helped us have the best of many good aspects a flashlight can offer.
RovyVon Aurora A24Ti Titanium Keychain Flashlight Review
RovyVon reached out recently and offered to send this A24Ti over for review. I’m a pretty big fan of the Aurora series so I was excited to test this titanium version! It’s slightly updated from the previous similar lights I have like this, so read on!
RovyVon Aurora A3 Pro Keychain Flashlight Review
RovyVon released a “Pro” version of the Aurora A3. I reviewed a similarly sized light – the Aurora A8x but this light differs notably in that it’s a reflector light and not a TIR light. Read on for thoughts and testing!
RovyVon E200s Angel Eyes Flashlight Review
RovyVon has a new rectangular light out. It first came out with side UV-C, which wasn’t interesting at all, but now the side lights are NW Cree XP-G3. So RovyVon sent this one over for review and testing. Read on for photos and thoughts!
RovyVon A8x Keychain Flashlight Review
Here’s one of the newer RovyVon lights – the A8x. It’s an updated version of their keychain series. Read on for some testing and thoughts!
RovyVon A29 Brass Flashlight Review
Another RovyVon! This time it’s the brass version, and one I bought for myself. That’s a testament to the other two from this series I’ve reviewed – the A23 and A28 – I liked them enough to put my own money into a version. The A29, brass of course.
RovyVon A28 Flashlight Review
I find no better way to start 2020 than with a post about a RovyVon light. RovyVon was huge for me in 2019, and I have this post and more upcoming from them. This is the A28, a clear body light which has two secondary emitters – red and UV.
RovyVon A3x Flashlight Review
RovyVon has released an update to their very popular Aurora A2/A3 series of lights. RovyVon sent over an updated A3 light – the A3x. This is as much a new light as it is an update, but addresses issues raised from the initial release. Have a look, and see if the improvements are compelling!
RovyVon A23 Flashlight Review
RovyVon has released a new, bigger light. It’s sort of a keychain light; bigger than their popular keychain series of lights, anyway.
This one’s still an Aurora. The aluminum you’ll see here is the A23, but there are others.
RovyVon A8 Y Flashlight Review
There was a group buy organized on reddit of this special run of the Aurora series… It was this Nichia version, with a modified UI. I got my copy recently and I’ve been playing with and testing it. It’s similar enough to the older ones that this review will be brief[er] on text, but with description of differences.
