BLF A6 review, you say? Yep, BLF A6 review. Sure, it’s been a while since this light came out, and sure, other very compelling options exist. But I never reviewed it, and it’s good to have more datapoints out there about it! Read on to see how it stacks up.
Today I have another Amutorch straight from Neal. It’s a 21700 cell light, set up as a thrower, but with basically the same body as some other Amutorch lights. It’s a very simple light, with a low price to match.
I’ve heard a lot about Malkoff lights – they’re highly regarded for being extremely robust, well built lights. I reached out to Malkoff, and they agreed to send a couple of lights! This is the first, a 16650 XP-L HD NW light.
A long time ago, in a land far far away, emitters were expensive, and modding was hard and unusual. And sites with modding supplies were rare!
Back then, there were P60 light. Buy a host, buy one or many drop-ins, and boom, tons of options! P60 lights were an easy way to try different emitters or modes or whatever, without actual modification.
They still are! Though modding is possibly more common now, and certainly easier (due to tons of helpful videos etc), P60 is still around and available. So that’s what I’m reviewing today! Some of the most common P60 hosts, and one of their available drop-ins.
Today I have in for review a light I’ve been looking forward to (and pestering Sofirn for) for a long while now: The C8F 21700. I reviewed the original C8F (and that review didn’t go so well). Sofirn responsively made some changes to the light, and now it uses a 21700 cell instead of a 18650, and I think generally has some build quality improvements. Read on to see if that pans out!
Wuben is still hitting the scene hard. I’ve reviewed a Wuben before, the TO10R. The build quality is great, and I was interested to see if Wuben would keep that trend going. They sent the E05, which I believe has just been released, and here’s my review and test of it!
Today I have a light I’ve been geeked up about for a while now. Lumintop sent one to me for review, and I put it through the paces. Here’s the review of the Lumintop Geek! It has Nichia!!
Ultratac got in touch with me recently to review a light of theirs. They have a few brass offerings and I was interested, so I agreed to review the A1 if they also sent a brass light. The brass light (K18 Mini) will be reviewed soon, but here’s the A1 for now.
