Another RovyVon! This time it’s the brass version, and one I bought for myself. That’s a testament to the other two from this series I’ve reviewed – the A23 and A28 – I liked them enough to put my own money into a version. The A29, brass of course.
I recently got this Hobbymade D6 Duo Pro rc/lipo charger in for testing. It was an item I asked for specifically, and specifically because I wanted to see something in use that I hadn’t seen anyone use: external discharge. Hobbymate was kind enough to send this one and I’ve had it for way too long, but finally got my demonstration done.
RovyVon has released a new, bigger light. It’s sort of a keychain light; bigger than their popular keychain series of lights, anyway.
This one’s still an Aurora. The aluminum you’ll see here is the A23, but there are others.
I love playing with RC cars. I’m not “good at it” (since there are competitions, there is a “good at it”), but I thoroughly enjoy it. Other members of my family do, too. After my review of the VKAR [super fast] car, I wanted something slower that I could more readily hand off to others, for crawling, and the like.
Enter the Redcat Gen8 International Scout. Of course I love this thing because it’s orange, but it checks off so many of my boxes, too, I am excited to give it a look.
Preface Time for another RC Car! Both previous cars I’ve reviewed have been 1:12 scale. This VKAR is a 1:10, so noticeably bigger, with bigger…
After my previous experience with a remote control car, I wasn’t just ready to jump on the bandwagon for another one. But GearBest wanted to send this car…. And it was another by the same brand that broke on me. JJRC. So I was skeptical. This is the JJRC Speed Runner Q46. Spoiler: it’s orders of magnitude better than the Q39!!!
After [ages] of hearing a user extol the virtues of the Imax B6 charger, I requested one from GearBest. It was quite fitting, since I also have an RC car in for review from GearBest. I am excited to plow into this charger. As it’s my first hobby charger of this type, I’ll probably have to learn a lot along the way.
