Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply immediately and govern all products and materials sent for review by Zeroair Reviews (henceforth referred to as “the author”). By sending samples or materials, you agree to these terms, which override any previous agreements (verbal, written, or otherwise). The author reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- Ownership: All samples and materials sent become the author’s property and will not be returned under any circumstances unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand.
- Fees and Charges: You agree not to charge the author any fees, costs, or compensatory charges for keeping samples and materials provided for review.
- Risk of Damage or Loss: Samples and materials may be damaged or destroyed during the review process. The author is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping or reviewing.
- Review Publication:
a) Reviews will be published online at the author’s discretion. Platforms may include zeroair.org, Reddit, and others, but no guarantees are made regarding specific publication locations.
b) Reviews will reflect the author’s honest opinions, whether favorable or unfavorable.
c) The author makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but provides no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of the review.
d) You agree not to hold the author liable for any damages or consequences arising from the publication of the review. - Review Timing and Format:
a) Reviews are generally completed in the order received, but no guarantees are made regarding timing.
b) The format and content of the review are at the sole discretion of the author. - Acknowledgment: Reviews will acknowledge receipt of the product from the sender, but all opinions expressed are the author’s own.
- Tariffs and Import Duties: You agree that the author is not responsible for paying any tariffs, import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with sending samples or materials for review. These costs are the sole responsibility of the sender.
- Indemnification: By participating in the review process, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeroair Reviews and the author from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the author’s home state.
