Today I have something a little off the wall for your viewing pleasure!  It’s a laser!  This one is a fancy laser – solid copper body, 18350 powered, high powered (Class 4) blue laser.  It’s quite incredible.  Read on for some thoughts and photos!

How long have I used a Convoy S2+ as a size reference light, yet never tested one officially.  How many flashlight fanatics have an 18650 Convoy S2+ LED flashlight?  Well I’m here to tell you everyone should!  It might not be this exact one (read to find out if I think it should be), but there are so many flavors that if you can’t find one you like, then you aren’t even trying.

The great guys over at Illumn.com have the new Acebeam L17 in stock and wanted me to get some numbers on it.  The Acebeam L17 is an Osram Flat White thrower similar to the E10, but in 18650 format.  Read on for some thoughts and testing!

Klarus has released a new 21700 light.  This is a floody Cree XHP70.2 light, claiming 4000 lumens!  Read on to see how it test, and if it’s better than the competition!

Thrunite has teamed up with The Outsider again to make a bigger version of the Thrunite TC15.  It’s not just bigger though; it has some massive changes.  The Thrunite TT20 The Outsider edition is available in red, uses a 21700 cell, and has a dual switch interface.  It also churns out the lumens!! There’s a new US based seller of FireFly lights.  This is a big change, since they’ll be handling warranty work too.  Along with this change comes a change in name of the FireFly brand – it’s now FireFlyLite.  They set an E01, and based on some news I’ve handled over at PhotonPhreaks.com, they have some very interesting lights upcoming!  Read on for a review of the E01 they sent to me.

RovyVon reached out recently and offered to send this A24Ti over for review.  I’m a pretty big fan of the Aurora series so I was excited to test this titanium version!  It’s slightly updated from the previous similar lights I have like this, so read on!

Civivi knives seem to be all the rage lately (at least, that’s all that’s hitting my radar!).  I couldn’t resist this orange G10 version, and I love a flipper.  So I grabbed this one, and thought some photos were in order.
