In for review today is another Imalent, in the style of other Imalent’s I’ve had before (RT35, for example). The RT70 differs from the RT35 though, because while the RT35 was a thrower, the RT70 is much more of a mix/wall-of-light type light. The Cree XHP70 makes that happen. Read on for more!
XTAR has a new dive light out. It’s an interesting light, with dual emitters that fits both flood and spotlight cases, and has a ridiculous output level. There’s removable battery pack, OLED display, two switches – just a lot going on! Read on to see how the light works!
Thrunite has a new headlamp on the market and it’s a beast! It’s the TH30, which claims an incredible 3350 lumens, and is a complete package type light. Read on!
I’ve started talking to Lumintop directly, but this ODF30 isn’t one they’d planned on sending. GearBest sent it out, and here’s my test! It’s a 26650 light with a Cree XHP70.2 emitter – a category that seems to be getting more interest lately. Read on!
Rofis is a new (ish) brand to me, and tends to bring new and interesting things to the table. This is a reasonably small 26650 light, with a Cree XHP70.2, on-board charging, and can act as a powerbank! That’s a lot of features, so let’s see how well they actually work.
There’s a new light on the block from Thrunite, and I weaseled a review unit out of them (just kidding, they sent it willingly!!). I’m excited to have this one, because there’s not a ton of info out there on it yet, and it’s nice to have an early copy!
Here’s a light from GearBest that I saw, thought looked neat, and GearBest agreed to send. I haven’t heard of Amutorch before, but they have a few offerings.
I have a long list of JETBeams that I’m fairly fond of…. I think JETBeam makes a great product, and even some specialty lights that are among my favorite (JETBeam Jet-II Pro in titanium!). Here’s a much more tactical, bigger, and huge output 18650 light from JETBeam, with the Cree XHP70.2!
I’ve liked Imalent lights lately, and they seem to be getting better and better. I finally swindled someone out of this big beast, and here are my photos and thoughts!
